Role Description

This is a full-time Cloud Operations Focal (Maternity Leave Replacement) role with flexibility for some remote work. As a Cloud Operations Focal, you will be responsible for oversee operations processes and backlogs, generate reports, and ensure all tasks are tracked and managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations processes and backlogs.
• Generate and manage reports.
• Track and manage tasks effectively.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to collaborate with different teams across various time zones
• Proficiency in Office tools (PPT, Excel, etc.) – must
• Familiarity with analytics tools

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud terminology and processes
• Experience with Jira
