Requirements:

- Proven software project management and requirements specification experience.

- Ability to plan, execute, and manage projects according to business and technical needs.

- Manage time, resources, and budgets for multiple projects.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills with customers and partners.

- GIS development experience is advantageous.

Skills Needed:

- Relevant university/Technion degree preferred.

- Industrial Engineering and Management degree advantageous.

- Minimum 4 years project management experience.

- Proficiency in complex system analysis and client interaction.

- Assertiveness, ability to prioritize tasks.

- Leadership driven by results.

- Independent and team-oriented work capability.

- Analytical thinking under pressure.

- Multitasking and self-learning.

- Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
