Job Description: 

We are seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is not just a job, but an opportunity to lead and shape the future of sound. 

As the f Operations Manager, you will: 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of SonicEdge, ensuring that our processes are as innovative and cutting-edge as our products. 
• Lead the financial strategy, driving growth and profitability while ensuring financial integrity and transparency. 
• Develop and implement company and operational policies to promote company culture and vision. 
• Oversee operational budgets to promote efficiency and reduce costs. 

Qualifications: 

• Industial engineering or accounting background 
• Proven experience in an operations management role. 
• Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, and Marketing. 
• Outstanding leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and lead a team. 
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. 
• Strong strategic and business acumen.
