We're looking for a Scrum Master to join our successful company in Ramat Gan.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach the team on Scrum practices and principles, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Lead sprint planning sessions, helping the team to define and prioritize the backlog and set achievable goals.
- Monitor team performance using Jira metrics and Agile.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
-2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in project management.
-Experience in working with Scrum.
-Experience with Agile methodologies.
-Experience with Jira .
