Project Management Officer

We are seeking a talented individual to lead Service PMO – Service Note Manager, EMEA Billing, and PMO of Customer Success Program.

Responsibilities:

Ownership of Service Note Management: End-to-end responsibility including forecasting, planning, availability, implementation, and monitoring.

PMO of Customer Success Program: Project management, planning, and implementation using the LPPD method.

Service Billing: EMEA owner.

Leading Analysis of Projects & Tasks.

Requirements:

Industrial and Management Engineering degree

At least 1 year of experience as a PMO.

High proficiency in data analysis and dashboard development tools, with experience in Tableau.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

A team player with the ability to drive action without direct authority.

Ability to convey a clear message to an audience at different managerial levels.

Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent proficiency in English – verbal and written.
