About the Role:

Transmit Security is seeking a Team Leader with experience in DevOps.

In the ideal candidate, you will have experience leading a team that manages and supports multiple production cloud environments that serve mission critical internal processes for enterprises.

As a DevOps Team Lead at Transmit Security, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and improving a state-of-the-art enterprise grade environment that can provide our customers with the highest quality service and create processes and projects for the entire DevOps group.

What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of 3 DevOps engineers responsible for creating cross-group standard projects, processes, and solutions.
• Responsibility for production infrastructure including application deployment, SLA, monitoring, backup, BCP, etc'
• Work with multiple stakeholders such as R&D, support, sales, and translate business requirements to relevant solutions.
• Make sure our system stays and becomes world class enterprise grade system
  
  

• At least 2 years of leading an Devops /SRE team responsible and supporting Saas production environment
• At least 4 years of Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP)
• At least 2 years hands-on with kubernetes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for monitoring, security and stability
• Experience with Grafana, p8s, ArgoCD, Github, Jenkins - advantage
