SOX Specialist

We are looking for a SOX Specialist that will assist in the implementation of the company's SOX project & the company's risk management.

Main Responsibilities:

SOX project

• Assist in coordinating the SOX project with company’s employees, external consultants and external auditor.
• Perform quality assessment reviews of the documented process and a sample selection of testing results and provide oversight over SOX reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with process and control owners for remediation of identified deficiencies, advising them on internal control enhancements or process changes, as appropriate.
• Identifies areas of potential improvement.
• Monitoring on the company's controls regarding financial reporting, various business processes, IT controls – globally
• Assist in monitoring and training the global ISOX coordinators.
• Perform other duties as directed
  
  

• Update the risk assessment with the relevant risk owners.
• Assist in the quarterly measurement of the company’s key risk indicators (KRI).
• Assist in updating the company’s key risks with the relevant risk owner.
  
  

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in economics and accounting, CPA - a must
• A big 4 graduate
• Knowledge and experience with ISOX or SOX processes – 1-2 years
• High command of English – conversation, reading and correspondence
