Director of Marketing

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of our marketing strategies. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives and growth targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans supporting the company’s business objectives and driving growth.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email, and events.
• Manage the company’s PR and Corporate Communications strategy and initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and key stakeholders within the company to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and messaging and to support ongoing business efforts.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
• Keep abreast of latest industry trends and best practices, continuously improving our marketing efforts and staying ahead of the curve
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a senior marketing role; Experience in B2B & B2G Marketing from a technology company
• Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing initiatives across multiple channels
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, channels, tools and best practices
• PR Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and deliver clear and impactful presentations
• Strategic and creative thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Action-oriented, showing a proactive approach in taking initiatives, driving projects forward, and achieving tangible results in a dynamic work environment
