Documentation Representative

We are looking for a Documentation representative that will handle the following:

• The transmission of the import manifest to the customs and to the ports.
• Handling all operational issues of the import shipments.
  
  

• Transmission of the manifest to the custom and to the port on time .
• Send arrival notice to the clients.
• Take care to transfer the containers to the depots.
• Handle operational issues of the import shipments with the port / custom / depots
• Ongoing correspondence with Zim’s agents all over the world
• Correspondence with the Gss team
• Handle the CRM mailbox as per the targets
• Handle the correctors letters in front of the custom
• Improve imports process
  
  

• Academic education (B.A).
• Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High proficiency in English
• Experience in Customer Service field
  
  

• Experience in import/export field
