IT Admin & Junior DevOps

Daisy is growing fast and is seeking a talented engineer to manage IT administration and grow in the DevOps space. This role is perfect for a motivated student in their final year of studies looking to gain hands-on experience in the tech field. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team, supporting various IT functions and contributing to the growth of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for the internal team
• Document IT processes and policies
• Access and permissions
• Onboarding / Offboarding employees
• Subscription governance
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Help manage and configure network systems.
• Collaborate with the team on security, data privacy, and cyber projects.
• Build knowledge and responsibility in our cloud environment.
  
  

• Familiarity with network configuration and management
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages & coding
• Basic knowledge of cloud infrastructure and services

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• In the final year of studies
• Availability to work 3-4 days per week or a full-time position
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
• Understanding of internet security and data privacy principles
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Background as a network or system admin: advantage
• Prior experience in cloud infrastructure: advantage
