Sales Engineer

AY is looking for a Sales Engineer to join the family!

What will you do?

• Managing an existing customer portfolio, providing consultation and sales of products and solutions.
• Acquiring and expanding new customers in the field of mechanical and power transmission.
• Guiding and defining solutions for company clients from proposal to order acceptance.
• Operating in a competitive and challenging industrial environment.

What you are bringing to the table?

• degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/or equivalent – mandatory.
• Experience in sales of engineering solutions/equipment – mandatory. Sales experience in the machine builders sector is advantageous.
• 2+ years of experience in front-line sales – a significant advantage.
• Ability to manage negotiations and achieve sales targets – mandatory.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) – mandatory.
• Assertiveness, interpersonal skills, high-level communication abilities, and capability to handle pressure situations.
• Creative thinking, broad business vision, flexibility, and strong service orientation.
• High self-learning and self-motivation capabilities.
