Sales Manager - Cyber

We're seeking a skilled Sales Manager to drive the sales of cybersecurity solutions tailored for the maritime industry. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background to enhance the sales process and ensure successful customer engagements.

About The Role

As a Sales Manager, your mission will be to cover all bases in the sales cycle. You will understand complex technical requirements and devise innovative solutions to meet the cybersecurity needs of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner Selling: Engaging our current partners and keeping them up to date with our latest solution.
• Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to guide customers through their journey, achieve technical victories, and cultivate strong advocates for our solutions.
• Understanding Needs: Develop a profound understanding of customers’ objectives and demonstrate how our cybersecurity offerings align with their requirements.
• Relationship Building: Foster and nurture value-driven relationships across various levels within client organizations.
• Sales Planning: Actively participate in all phases of sales planning and execution, from initial discovery to closing technical agreements.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in customer-facing roles, ideally involving some in technical sales, sales engineering, or solution engineering.
• Expertise: Strong background in the network / telecommunication sector is a big advantage!
• Communication Skills: Comfortable with public speaking in English & Presentations in general.
• Technical Proficiency: Although it's a sales position, we 100% expect you to get into the details of what you're selling.
