Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer!

In this role, you will be a part of our collaboration platform product team, which is responsible for revolutionizing our approach to data analysis. The ability to effortlessly integrate data from multiple sources allows advertisers to unlock insights that were previously hidden in silos. As a designer on this team, you will own the full iterative design lifecycle, from discovering our users' needs and uncovering blind spots to ideation, designing prototypes, and creating an efficient feedback loop to ensure a great product experience.

You will work with our diverse, global, cross-functional teams, and in close partnerships with our product managers, designers, design system domain lead, analysts, UX writer, and localization experts.

Beyond the immediate scope of this role, you will also have the unique chance to immerse yourself in our dynamic design culture and contribute to our Product Design group’s pursuit of excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Execute end-to-end projects that provide deep user insights that affect UX and product strategy.
• Design end-to-end user experiences according to user needs, business goals, and technological constraints.
• Analyze complex flows, understand their pitfalls, and suggest intelligent yet simple solutions.
• Act as the user advocate and promote user-centered perspectives.
• Facilitate UX and product vision by ideating, prototyping, and creating thought-through design deliverables.
• Collaborate with AppsFlyer product designers to lead broader cross-projects.
• Support internal and external feedback channels to address customer needs and define priorities.
  
  

What You Have

• 3+ years of experience as a product designer working on iterative end-to-end design lifecycles
• Experienced with Figma and Design System (consuming/contributing).
• Proactivity manage and prioritize your tasks with input from outside stakeholders
• Strong proficiency in teamwork and relationship-building, with an ability to operate autonomously, prioritize on the fly, and manage your time efficiently
• A team player who is willing to help teammates, share knowledge, and learn from them.
• Ability to step into the shoes of our various customer personas, and translate research findings into clear, actionable insights and work plans.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant program (HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, Industrial Design)
