Senior Team Leader

Role Description

As a Senior Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing guidance and support to team members, coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring deliverables are met. This role is located in Beit HaLevi, with flexibility for some remote work.

Job Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Managing at least 5 employees
• Experience as a full stack engineer (ReactJS, css, NodeJS) - at least 6 years
• Experience with AWS services – at least 2 years
• Experience developing cloud based applications
• Experience in the design of software architecture
• CI/CD – advantage
• Experience with large scale, high volumes systems
• Exceptional self-learning capabilities
• Creative, open minded, independent, initiator and a team player.
• Experience working in agile environments, startups – huge advantages
• Microservices architecture – advantage
