Senior Marketing Analyst

As a marketing analyst at Guardz, you will interpret data on customer behavior, market trends and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and areas of improvement.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced analytics, data mining and BI tools to execute top-notch marketing analyses to identify patterns and trends from multiple large data sets and capture the full activity.
• Be an analytical focal point for the marketing department monitoring new user performance, user acquisition efforts as well as marketing tests, while proactively identifying gaps or opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key marketing metrics. Provide actionable insights to leadership to guide marketing and business strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to implement campaigns that effectively reach target audiences.
  
  

• +3 years of experience in marketing analytics. Good understanding of online marketing metrics (user funnel, user acquisition KPIs), A/B tests, and evaluation of marketing campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL, enabling comprehensive database querying, complex data manipulation, and insightful analysis.
• Proficiency in BI, data visualization and marketing analytic tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google analytics).
• BA in Industrial Engineering / Economics / Statistics or equivalent academic background is preferred.
• English at a professional capacity and great communication skills, both in person and written.
