Technical Recruiter

Jump Start is a technical recruitment boutique agency that provides Head Hunting and HR services for a variety of start-ups. We are located in WeWork London Ministore, Tel Aviv.

We are looking for an energetic people person who is also a technology enthusiast to join the team. You will be introduced to various products and gain the experience and the knowledge to recruit the right candidates to elevate them.

What you will do / about the job

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to signing/hiring for a wide range of technological positions.
• Carry out sourcing/headhunting for various positions using social networks and databases.
• Perform phone and personal interviews.
• Work closely with hiring managers from various startups.
• Escort the candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain a great recruitment experience for the candidate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in technical recruitment or in a technical environment– a significant advantage
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-starter, customers oriented, motivated, and detailed/results-oriented
• Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
• Must thrive and be able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• Proficiency in both Hebrew and English
