Vice President of Product Development

A fast-growing, innovative company is looking for a VP Product to join our team and drive our product strategy to the next level.

As the VP Product, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure that our products meet market needs and drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for building innovative products and a proven track record of managing successful product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall product strategy and vision
• Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives
• Lead and mentor the Product department
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product alignment and successful execution
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth
• Establish and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
• Communicate product strategy, progress, and results to stakeholders and executive leadership
• Foster a customer-centric culture within the product team and across the organization

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading a Product department in a SaaS company - must.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps
• Strong understanding of market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred
