We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Management: Directly manage a team of R&D project managers, overseeing their performance and development. Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve high productivity and engagement. Foster a positive team environment by encouraging collaboration, supporting professional growth, and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for project management across the organization, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technical capabilities.
• Resource Management: Allocate and optimize resources across all projects and departments, ensuring that each project has the necessary support and personnel to succeed.
• Technical Project Management: Supervise the execution of complex projects, working closely with product managers, team leaders, system architects, and DevOps to ensure successful delivery.
• Roadmap Planning and Execution: Oversee roadmap planning and management, ensuring all projects are aligned with technical requirements and capabilities. Manage sprint processes, ensuring that technical tasks are prioritized and completed effectively across all teams
• Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the performance of the R&D department in terms of quality, efficiency, collaboration, and success rates.
• Methodology Implementation: Implement and enforce best practices in project management methodologies, agile ceremonies and principles, and rollouts ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
• Release Management: Oversee project rollouts with the highest standards, ensuring smooth and successful deployments.
• Stakeholder Communication and Escalation: Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for stakeholders. providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and proposing solutions to ensure smooth project progress and efficiency.
• Tools Administration: Oversee the administration of project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the project management departments.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of proven experience in directly managing three or more project managers - must
• At least 10 years of experience in Agile software project management, with a focus on Scrum development and deployment lifecycle – must
• At least 6 years of experience in managing cloud-based projects - must
• Familiarity with the sports industry and sports betting industry - an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent - an advantage
• Experience as a Jira Administrator – an advantage
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication skills, including good verbal and written skills in English.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects.
