Junior Performance Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior Performance Engineer to join us. In this role, you will identify and analyze performance issues in terms of scale and stability during the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Define and capture metrics to quantify and track system performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for performance-related research and development initiatives
• Partner with software development to devise performance test strategies and implement them
• Become an integral part of the high cadence release process of R&D
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering - a must
• GPA of 85 or higher - a must
• Multi-processing programming; proficiency in any object-oriented programming language, Python preferred - a must
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Windows domain environments - advantage
• Basic Knowledge of implementing Jenkins CI/CD pipelines - advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
