Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for a Cloud Monitoring Engineer. The primary role of the Cloud Monitoring Engineer is to build ,manage and mainten monitoring systems for customers using innovative tools and cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• 3 years Experience with monitoring tools: CloudWatch, DataDog, New Relic, Splunk, AppDynamics
• 2 yearrs Working in a cloud environment
• 2 years Setup, management, and maintenance of monitoring systems
• 2 years Writing integrations with Rest API
• Experience working in a Linux and Windows environment
• Experience working with network and security environments
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as code methodologies and technologies - Terraform / Cloudformation
• A team player, self driven, customer obsessed, excellent communication skills, problem solver
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and define incident response procedures based on AllCloud SLA
