NVIDIA Networking SW architecture team is looking for an outstanding Architecture Senior Manager to lead a team of architects owning key cloud infrastructure technologies. This essential role will give you a rare opportunity to influence and deliver a wide range of cloud verticals which impact all our growing businesses.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop vision and strategic direction for the group and foster software architecture components deployed in NVIDIA SmartNIC platform.
• Provide Technical leadership
• Be in charge on the architecture results to ensure the team performs and delivers innovative technologies while leading a dedicated and dynamic team
• Work collaboratively with fellow engineers, managers, product teams, and customers to advance your projects.
• Prioritize planning, scheduling, and owning the execution of all projects and activities by applying your technical leadership, and management knowledge.
• Continuously review and identify improvement opportunities in established processes, infrastructure, and practices to enable the team to complete in the most efficient and open manner.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 12+ overall years of experience in the software industry with specializations in firmware, SDKs and system software in an agile environment
• 7+ years in strong technical leadership positions (technical senior manager, senior architect).
• Deep understanding of software development principles, hands-on experience in SDK development, OS/kernel level development, firmware development, familiarity with Pre and Post-Si SW development
• Ability to work in a collaborative and matrixed environment to accomplish product goals.
• Experience with customer interaction.
• Highly motivated, hard-working, proactive and lead with your own ‘shovel’ i.e. willing to roll-up sleeves.
• Highly resilient; pursues every task with drive and a sense of urgency. Consistently moves problems toward resolution; helps others do the same.
• Knowledge and willingness to stay on top of the latest technologies, and be able to internalize and communicate how new technologies can be integrated into NVIDIA’s networking software
