Financial Analyst

A-6684 is a holding company focused on identifying investments and businesses to acquire and actively manage for the long term. We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Financial Analyst will need to conduct research, analyze data, identify investment opportunities and maintain all administrative aspects of the company’s investment activities. 

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming investment opportunities, including but not limited to private companies and public securities 
• Manage third-party service providers with respect to all investment activities
• Oversee and coordinate all due diligence activities pertaining to potential investments 
• Identify and engage potential acquisition targets
• Conduct company specific and general industry research
• Participate in company visits and meetings, and prepare summaries and follow-up tasks
• Prepare investor and company presentations, and materials for meetings
• Maintain up-to-date reports, files and archives

Requirements

• Native-level English and Hebrew speaker
• Relevant academic degree along with a good understanding of financial modeling, corporate finance and accounting is essential
• At least 2 years of experience working in a finance related field
• Superior knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptionally organized and competent individual
