We’re looking for an eager, self-motivated, and service-oriented professional to join our billing team and take part in Lusha’s billing and collection operations.

Your responsibilities will include issuing invoices to our valued customers, managing communication with customers regarding overdue payments, and handling various other billing and collection activities to ensure smooth financial transactions.

How You’ll Shape The Future Of B2B Sales

• Issue invoices and billing statements.
• Communicate with the customers for follow-ups on payments (by phone calls and emails).
• Work with the internal teams to resolve issues and drive the cash flow.

Requirements:

Here’s What We Need From You

• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in English
• You have a high level of service orientation
• You have sales experience such as BDR/SDR or other customer-facing experience (an advantage).
• You have experience in a collection or billing position (an advantage)
• An optimist: You have a positive attitude with everything you do.
• Customer-Centric: You have a high service level when interacting with customers.
• Organized: You are task-oriented and orderly when carrying out what is assigned.
