Creative Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Creative Manager. The Creative Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing creative projects, providing creative direction and strategy, and ensuring the brand consistency across all design materials. They will also manage our designers team, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful execution of creative deliverables, and write creative briefs and look for inspiration, references and have the ownership of the creative direction, reporting and working together with our CEO.

Qualifications

• Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills
• Experience in branding and graphic design - a must!
• Experience with website design and UX -a must!
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in design software and tools (AI/PSD/Figma/Canva)
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in e-commerce and Shopify is a plus
• ability to research and define inspiration, creative direction and be independent
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Availability for daily Zoom calls with our CEO (for reporting, brainstorming and updates)
• Team management skills

Working hours and location

• Remote work
• available for daily Zoom calls with our CEO
• Working hours should be between 11:00-21:00 (Israel time)
• part-time only - 2-4 hours daily, 5 days a week
• contractor-based contract (Freelance and invoice initiating capabilities)

What you will do

• Ongoing meetings for design directions/brainstorming with our CEO
• Manage a team of 3 designers - including writing creative briefs, managing queues, writing feedback, choosing design directions (with our CEO), reviewing designs, and approving them
• bring innovative approaches and processes to our studio
• Research design trends
• Help define the process of work
