InterSystems IRIS For Health Developer

Job Description:

Outburn LTD is seeking a skilled InterSystems IRIS Engineer/ Developer with proficiency in FHIR-based solution deployment to join our dynamic team of professionals.

** This can be a part-time or full-time; remote or hybrid (in Israel) employment.**

The ideal candidate will have extensive development experience with the InterSystems IRIS/HealthShare platforms, demonstrating proficiency in designing, implementing, developing, and maintaining solutions built on this technology with a strong focus on FHIR-based project implementation (Server and Facade architecture). As an InterSystems IRIS Engineer, you will be pivotal in developing and enhancing FHIR-based projects across Israeli healthcare organizations using InterSystems platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Designing, developing, and implementing FHIR-based E2E data integration solutions using Intersystems IRIS/HSHC with a strong focus on deploying FHIR Server/Façade models.

- Ensure systems development and support, and create design and technical specifications based on business requirement specifications.

- Working as a part of the project team with strong collaboration with FHIR Architects, Analysts, and Implementors.

- Delivering projects within a defined time and budget and in line with high-quality standards.

- Enable successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required and Desired Skills:

Required:

- 3+ years of proven experience as an integration developer in popular integration platforms in the health care eco-system, such as InterSystems, TIBCO, Talend

- Proficient in building integration solutions based on HL7 V2 messaging/ HL7 FHIR API/ REST/ SOAP.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Desired:

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with InterSystems IRIS, including solutions development using ObjectScript - a major advantage

- Familiarity and hands-on experience with FHIR Standard, including FHIR API and solution deployment based on Server/Façade models.

- Proven experience in FHIR implementation and integration in healthcare applications.

- Familiarity with SMART on FHIR API framework.

- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices.
