Shavit is looking for a talented Help Desk Team Lead!
Job Description:
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support specialists and ensuring the timely resolution of technical issues and inquiries from our internal and external customers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership ability, and strong customer service skills.
Requirements:
-Management experience of at least two years - mandatory
-Experience in providing telephone support to users for software, hardware and peripheral equipment of 3 years at least - mandatory
-Experience working with CITRIX, VDI - a plus
-Meeting SLAs and timelines
-Ability to work with managers and escalation situations
