Economist position

Junior Economist position 

Job Description:

• Building the annual budget
• Overseeing budget execution and monitoring performance
• Ensuring ongoing financial reporting and collection accuracy
• Analyzing budget deviations
• Advising managers on cost reduction and efficiency improvement
• Preparing performance reports for government grants
• Providing ongoing support to the planning and control manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in an organization - preference will be given to candidates with experience in non-profit organizations
• A passion for working with numbers and reports
• Excellent knowledge of the Priority system (mandatory)
• Full proficiency in Excel and a deep understanding of reports
• Accuracy, professionalism, and willingness to work hard
