The Project Manager for the R&D Department role involves managing innovative and exciting projects in the dairy and milk substitutes realms at all stages, including working with diverse interfaces, significant business influence, and plenty of creativity.

**Responsibilities include:**

- End-to-end management of growth projects: from ideation, through development, manufacturing, to product launch.

- Project planning, including: building work plans, monitoring project progress, controlling timelines, risk management, resource management, raising flags, and additional tasks.

- Matrix management of internal organizational interfaces (R&D, procurement, operations, engineering, marketing, and sales) and external interfaces (domestic and international suppliers).

- Definition and implementation of work processes for control and performance comparison against planning, while producing management reports.

**What you need:**

- Bachelor's degree - mandatory. Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management/Economics/Logistics/Business Administration - an advantage.

- At least two years of project management experience in a retailing/industrial company.

- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods field - a significant advantage.

- Proficiency in project management systems such as MS Project.
