UX/UI Product Designer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary UXUI/Product Designer to lead the design of our product and website and dictate the company's visual language. As a pivotal member of our product team, you will take part and lead the thought process of reimaging and redefining how humanity will design physical products in the decades to come - from medical devices to aircraft.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and development of our product interfaces, website, and other visual assets focusing on user experience and intuitive design principles.

- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to translate complex technical requirements into elegant and functional designs.

- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications using tools such as Figma, Framer, and others as recommended by our design team.

- Incorporate 3D elements and animations into the user interface, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

- Drive innovation by proposing creative solutions and challenging conventional design practices.

- Balance user needs, business requirements, and technological constraints to deliver user-centered designs.

- Maintain design consistency across platforms and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design, 3D modeling, and AI-driven product development.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in designing 3D interfaces and animations for complex applications.

- Strong portfolio showcasing experience with SaaS products and complex web applications.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant software.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, research, and marketing.

- Familiarity with designing tools for engineers or similar technical applications (is an advantage).

- Ability to think strategically and creatively, pushing boundaries to deliver innovative designs.

- Independent and proactive with a strong sense of ownership over projects.

- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to articulate design decisions.
