Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Organizational Development to lead and enhance our people strategies in this exciting period of growth. As a key member of HR leadership team, you will align our organizational structure, culture, and talent with our strategic goals. You will champion change management, foster leadership development, implement data-driven organizational development initiatives, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Change Management:
- Design and execute comprehensive change management plans to support organizational transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and employee engagement.
- Identify organizational needs and gaps, and build intervention and improvement plans to achieve business goals.
- Leadership Development:
- Create and deliver leadership development programs that build the capabilities of our current and future leaders.
- Identify high-potential talent and provide coaching and mentorship opportunities.
- Facilitate leadership assessments and succession planning processes.
- Organizational Development & Assessment:
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and collaboration.
- Leverage data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of organizational development programs.
- Culture & Engagement:
- Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our values.
- Develop strategies to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational development or human resources, with a focus on change management, leadership development, and organizational assessment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Business Acumen - Understanding business opportunities and challenges and translating them into organizational insights and solutions.
- Proactiveness, initiative, and driving change and improvements.
