Copyright Management Specialist

We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to manage copyrights and music catalogs, as well as work in the production and distribution of creative content.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in copyright management and music catalogs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in Russian and English (knowledge of Hebrew is a plus)
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel

Working Conditions:

• Schedule: 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home
• Central office: Located in the center of Be'er Sheva

Responsibilities:

• Manage music catalogs for authors and performers
• Organize and monitor the collection of royalties for copyright and public performances
• Interact with leading international copyright management organizations
• Collaborate with authors to optimize royalty collection
• Prepare reports and analyze royalty collection data
