Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter at Urban Recruits. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and maintaining effective communication with candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
- Technical Recruiting experience
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of various recruiting techniques and best practices
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Experience in the Israeli job market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - an advantage
- Prior experience working in a recruitment agency is a must
