We are seeking a talented Algorithm Developer/Data Scientist with extensive knowledge in signal processing and machine learning to join our dynamic team and contribute to our groundbreaking projects.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Algorithm Development: Design, develop, and implement advanced algorithms for signal processing and machine learning applications specific to cardiac monitoring.
• Data Analysis: Perform complex data analysis on physiological data, extracting meaningful insights and patterns to improve diagnostic accuracy.
• Machine Learning Models: Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and classification of cardiac events.
• Signal Processing: Apply advanced signal processing techniques to analyze and interpret cardiac signals, including ECG, PPG, and other biosignals.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in signal processing and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to innovate and enhance our products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including biomedical engineers, software developers, and clinical experts, to integrate algorithms into wearable devices and healthcare solutions.
• Documentation: Document algorithms, models, and processes, ensuring reproducibility and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field. Other options will only be accepted with proof of very strong background or experience.
• Experience: Proven experience in algorithm development, signal processing, and machine learning, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or MATLAB.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with signal processing techniques and tools (e.g., FFT, wavelet transform, digital filters).
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data independently.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with real-time data processing and embedded systems.
• Knowledge of advanced topics in deep learning.
• Experience in the development of medical devices or health tech products.
• Publications or patents in the field of signal processing or machine learning.
