As a Cognyter you will:

• Manage the Infrastructure operations and SOC teams.
• Oversee Cognyte’s IT infrastructure (servers, networks, monitoring)
• Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of systems and applications.
• Handle critical incidents and coordinate resolution efforts.
• Develop and enforce IT operations policies and procedures.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to IT operations.
  
  

• Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager, or similar role.
• Aptitude for identifying and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
