Head of Project Management

We are looking for a Head of Project Management to be a part of our team!

The Head of Project Management will be responsible for managing all client-oriented projects as well as internal development projects of the company. The Head of Project Management will define best practices for client management and project management and be responsible for implementation.

The position includes:

§ Managing a small team of project managers, leading the company’s collaborative R&D projects as well as internal technology development projects.

§ Project management team’s responsibility spans from project planning and budgeting, to monitoring, problem solving, risk assessment and mitigation, communication, and reporting, towards successful execution of the projects.

§ Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

§ Defining best practices for client management and project management within the company and ensure implementation.

§ Project management team is responsible for coordinating the projects with corporate needs – from financial, legal, and other aspects.

§ On-going effort of optimizing and improving processes, internal and with collaborators.

§ Reflecting project status to stakeholders, internal and external, through periodic project review meetings and detailed reports.

§ Supporting growth opportunities through the establishment of new initiatives and collaborations.

Core qualifications & skills:

§ More than 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in bio-tech or high-tech industries, leading large-scale activities, and budget.

§ Relevant academic qualifications – life sciences, biotechnology, computer sciences, industrial engineering, or similar studies.

§ Process oriented, combining attention to detail with big-picture understanding and analytical skills. 

§ Experience in team management.

§ Excellent interpersonal skills. A team player, while dominant enough to lead processes and change.

§ An agile thinker, able to perform under pressure.

§ Excellent communication skills, both in Hebrew and English. Able to express well both concrete information and abstract concepts.

§ High-level of organization.
