A FinTech American company is looking for a Technical Recruiter.

As one you will join a team and manage the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing candidates to extending offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
• Source candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and extend job offers.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
