Sales Manager

DreamTeam is seeking a strategic and driven Head of GTM to lead our Go-To-Market efforts. The ideal candidate will oversee and scale our current sales strategy while playing a pivotal role in evolving and "cracking" our GTM strategy to drive accelerated growth.

• Lead and manage the GTM team of 5 sales professionals to execute on strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Develop and refine the overall GTM strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Continuously optimize and scale the Outbound sales effort, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align GTM strategies with product enhancements, messaging, and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline data, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the GTM team, providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
• Act as a key stakeholder in defining customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior GTM or sales leadership role within a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech startup environment.
• Demonstrated success in scaling and optimizing Outbound sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Deep understanding of GTM methodologies, market segmentation, and customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
