What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a passion for data products. This role demands a people person with an analytical mind, a high sense of ownership, and accountability. You will lead the entire product life cycle, from gathering and prioritizing requirements to defining the product vision, while collaborating closely with our data science, engineering, and analysis teams.

As a key figure in our company, you will gain deep insights into the insurance industry and data analysis, identifying product gaps, and generating new ideas to enhance customer experience and drive growth. You will also engage with users and clients, work with our parent company product team, and communicate with management to ensure alignment and success. While you will own a key product, you will be part of a supportive product management team, working together to steer our company’s vision and strategy to revolutionize the insurance world.

What will you do?

• Act as a Product Owner: Lead all product-related activities from vision to implementation, aligning with company strategy, translating vision into actionable plans, guiding design and development, managing execution, and ensuring continuous improvement.
• Lead work on new products: Build products from the ground up, leveraging Applied Systems’ huge existing client base.
• Detect opportunities to improve existing products: Find ways to improve the existing product stack with data and AI.
• Engage with Customers: Work closely with customers and customer-facing teams to collect requirements and define products and features based on market needs.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with R&D leaders and go-to-market teams to ensure that product roadmap and vision aligns with both market needs and technical capabilities.
• Prioritize Features: Gather, analyze, and prioritize feature requests from various stakeholders within the company.
• Define Requirements: Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and clearly articulate acceptance criteria for different use cases while maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Ensure Product Success: Coordinate with various company stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of the product.
  
  

• 5+ Years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager
• Experience in SaaS products, preferably with a data orientation
• A Hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Great execution & teamwork skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (in English and Hebrew)
• Experience with financial products or the insurance industry – Advantage
• Experience with GenAI Technology - Advantage
