Our client, a well-established global airline company, is seeking an experienced Treasurer to join their Finance team in Israel.

This is an onsite role.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, and account funding
• Develop, implement, and maintain bank account structures
• Oversee risk management and foreign currency and interest rate exposures
• Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short-term excess cash; manage inter-company cash including inter-company lending, dividends
• Oversee cash management banking and financial institution relationships; negotiate bank and service fees
• Cashflow analysis carried out on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Working with Israeli and foreign banks
• Control over bank and credit card fees
• Building Treasury models and infrastructures
• Improving and streamlining Treasury work processes
• Implement new bank technologies, products, and services to improve the cash cycle and simplify company operations
• Develop and monitor treasury operational policies

Qualifications:

• MUST: Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Banking / Finance
• MUST: 3+ years of previous experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT tools
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments
• Professional and dependable
• Logical and methodical approach to work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good eye for detail
• Excellent organizational skills and always maintaining the highest standards
• Self-motivated and flexible with a can-do attitude, willing to learn, and capable of working under pressure and independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
