Job Responsibilities:

Our Monetization and CRM team leader responsible for the planning and execution of our daily engagement and monetization campaigns. In this role you will lead the Monetization, Operations, CRM, Art and Community tasks. Your main responsibility is maximizing marketing and monetization opportunities within the game. Managing all the players that have ever joined our games across different segments according to their motivation and behaviors.

• Delivering CRM strategies, encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
• Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company.
• Customer Journey Mapping - Analyzing touch points within the organization and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.
• Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively across all

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a mobile gaming company as a Monetization manager
• 2 years' experience as a team leader
• Strong English written/verbal communication skills
• Team player, responsible and trustworthy
• Fast learner, enthusiastic, Initiative and creative
• Experience in a gaming company- advantage
• Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
• Full time position including evenings and weekends – ability to work during unconventional working hours, when required
• Good knowledge with office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel
• Tech savvy – quickly grasps how to work with different software
