A collective of companies creating an in-house marketing agency focused on Web3 and blockchain industries is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager.
The company offers a range of services, including marketing strategies, programmatic campaigns, analysis, creative design, video production, and more. Its internal businesses include groundbreaking projects in DeFi, NFTs, and beyond.
As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will plan, implement, and optimize campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for multiple companies. You will coordinate marketing efforts across channels like Facebook, Google, YouTube, and X, ensuring cohesive messaging. Working with the marketing team, you'll focus on strategies for crypto projects. As the sole Senior Campaign Manager, you will report directly to management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives for the company's internal clients, including lead generation, remarketing, and brand awareness.
- Manage all aspects of PPC advertising across platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, X ads, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
- Set up and manage marketing automation tools and analytics platforms, including Google Analytics and Addressable.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies and budgets to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and new PPC platform features, incorporating best practices into campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align PPC strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in campaign management with a proven track record of driving results.
- Hands-on experience running, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns on platforms like Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, X ads, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
- Experience in market research and competitive landscape analysis.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and the tactics available for each stage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of blockchain ecosystems (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
