What are we looking for?

We're seeking a dynamic Team Lead with expertise in both backend and frontend technologies to drive our development efforts at GO7. The ideal candidate has a profound understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), a solid background in PHP, SQL, and .NET ASP, along with experience in IIS and AWS services. You should be passionate about leading a team in crafting robust, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that deliver value to our customers and end users. As a Team Lead, you'll inspire creativity, foster innovation, and drive collaboration across teams, contributing to projects that impact millions of travelers globally.

Key functions and responsibilities include:

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables across both backend and frontend.
• Spearhead the development and maintenance of our suite of products, overseeing both server-side logic and client-side implementations.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and implement technical strategies aligned with business goals, considering both backend efficiency and frontend user experience.
• Oversee the writing of clean, reusable, and easily maintainable code for both backend (PHP, NodeJS) and frontend (.NET ASP) components.
• Drive the implementation of new features and enhancements to elevate product functionality and user interface.
• Manage performance optimization initiatives for both server-side operations and client-side rendering.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes within the team, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  
  

• 5+ years experience in full stack development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies: PHP, NodeJS, and SQL
• Expertise in frontend development, particularly with .Vanilla JS, ASP Classic
• Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and ability to lead Agile teams
• Experience with AWS and K8S is required
• Proven track record of leading successful full stack software development projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make critical technical decisions across the entire stack
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in code review processes and mentoring junior developers in both frontend and backend technologies
• Uncompromising 'Can-Do' approach and ability to motivate team members
• Creative thinker with excellent communication skills
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent is required
• Knowledge in Java is an advantage
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Github) and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus
