Algorithm Developer- 1822

Are you passionate about developing cutting-edge solutions for complex electro-optical systems? TSG Group is hiring an Algorithm Developer for Image Processing and Computer Vision. You will be providing algorithmic solutions as part of a larger algorithmic framework that addresses detection and tracking requirements in a noisy environment with disturbances. We deliver cutting-edge solutions in Command-and-Control Systems, Intelligence, Air and Naval C4I, HLS, Telecom, and Cyber Security among others.

What will your job look like?

• Conducting in-depth research, analysis, identification, and understanding of the problem.
• Defining and collaborating on the preparation of evaluation scenarios, simulation tools, and basic data for testing.
• Formulating multiple algorithmic solutions while actively engaging with stakeholders.
• Implementing these solutions using Matlab, Python, and/or C++.
• Performing comparative benchmarking and assessing the impact of alternatives on overall system performance.
• Presenting the proposed alternatives and selecting a preferred solution.
• Writing algorithm documentation.
• Conducting end-to-end tests, designing experiments, providing guidance, and interpreting results.

All you need is:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant fields (advanced degrees are advantageous).
• Over 10 years of experience in classical image processing and/or problems related to image registration and sensor fusion.
• Strong analytical skills, self-learning ability, and a broad understanding of statistics and probability.
