Join us at AT&T's Israel R&D Center as a key player in our Professional Excellence group, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape and drive the visual identity of one of our most strategic initiatives from the ground up.

As a Digital Visual Designer, you’ll blend creativity with strategy, crafting a wide array of materials across different mediums. Given that the program is currently in its initial stages you’ll have an opportunity to define its vision and bring that vision to life through an expansive portfolio of assets. This includes creating a cohesive brand identity, designing SharePoint portals, and conceptualizing and producing video content and PowerPoint presentations.

Your Responsibilities

• Brand identity: Continues definition and design of a brand identity for the program
• Brand Execution: Design of various digital assets based on the brand and strategy of the program such as PowerPoint presentations, portals, training material, and videos.
• New Initiatives Design: Conceptualize and execute designs for new campaigns and initiatives, such as roadshows, events, and hackathons, overseeing the process from idea to production.
• Ownership of end-to-end Design process: Starting with requirements to detailed design and visual QA while collaborating closely with Program managers, Content, R&D, and Design teams.
• Detailed Design: Create detailed designs to deliver ideas to development teams and product managers.

Your Experience

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing digital products
• A design portfolio that shows proficiency as a brand & digital designer
• Master in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suites including Premiere, After Effect & Figma
• A positive attitude, quick learner, and adaptor with great social skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic startup-like environment
• Ability to work hand-in-hand with Product Managers & Development teams
• Good communication and presentation skills (verbal and written English)
• Copywriting experience – an advantage
• Video editing experience – an advantage
• Experience designing websites and portals in SharePoint environment - an advantage
• Community owner – an advantage
