Regional Sales Manager

Ashdar from the Ashstrom group is looking for a Regional Sales Manager

To lead the sales of Residential Real Estate projects.

What does the job include?

- Leading a sales team to achieve aggressive sales goals

- In-depth knowledge of the area

- Responsibility for performing and managing the tasks of the sales team with an emphasis on availability and professional customer service

- Working with a lawyer to close contracts

- Providing ongoing response and solving problem to the sales team while thinking strategically and creatively

- Establishing new projects which includes building a price list, specifications and marketing aids for the sales team

What is important for you to have?

- At least 4 years of experience in Residential Real Estate sales

- Knowledge of OFFICE software, including mastery of EXCEL

- Orientation to work in a computerized environment, including experience with CRM software
