Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for an innovative startup a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner as a maternity leave replacement. This role is critical in ensuring continue to attract, hire, and retain top talent in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach to identify and engage potential candidates for technical roles.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, coordination, and communication with candidates and interviewers.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to ensure a strong candidate fit.
• Employer Branding: Promote our company as an employer of choice through social media, job fairs, and other recruitment events.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Data Management: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the tech landscape, including familiarity with various technical roles and skill sets.
• Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record in sourcing and engaging top technical talent through various channels.
• Interview Skills: Skilled in conducting thorough and effective interviews, assessing both technical and cultural fit.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
