Join DigitalOps as a Project & Process Manager, where you will be instrumental in leading and optimizing our teams' Agile processes. You will oversee sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and work process improvements, ensuring seamless collaboration within internal teams and with external partners. Your role will be crucial in defining, implementing, and refining service processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- :Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- .Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals
- .Define, implement, and improve work processes within the DigitalOps team and between interfacing teams
- .Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals and deadlines
- .Identify and address any impediments that may hinder the team's progress
- .Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing best practices
- .Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and progress reports
- .Ensure that all processes comply with organizational standards and best practices
- .Facilitate communication and collaboration with external teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements, Knowledge, and Experienc
- e:Proven experience as a Project Manager, Process Manager, or similar role (5+ years
- ).Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field is a plu
- s.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile team
- s.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com
