Head of Growth

Apomedical (Apomeds) is looking for a leader, bright passionate, agile and highly motivated Head of Growth to join our Marketing team.

As Head of Growth, you will play a significant role developing and executing marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition and retention, and generating wide-reaching brand awareness among our target audiences

Apomedical is an online pharmacy and doctor service platform that’s reshaping the healthcare industry. Our platform serves millions of patients in Europe, helping them get the medication they need quickly, efficiently, and discreetly.

Responsibilities:

·      Ongoing development and execution of marketing strategies to achieve user growth objectives and improve the funnel CVR.

·      Implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

·      Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.

·      Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, retention, social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.

·      Partner with the product team to align growth strategies with product development and business needs.

·      Generate performance reports for all major metrics, goals, and KPIs

·      To initiate new methods and seek new channels and opportunities to meet our potential customers in the right spot.

Requirements:

·      At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a significant focus on B2C companies (e-commerce experience is an advantage).

·      At least 4 years of managerial experience in performance teams

·      Strong understanding of digital marketing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.

·      Proven track record of managing large-scale advertising budgets ($1M+ / Month) and delivering successful results.

·      Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and advanced formulas for data manipulation and analysis.

·      Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

·      Ability for strategic thinking, with the capacity, and passion for tactical execution.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
