Procurement Manager

We are based in TLV and are known for our unique culture and innovative approach to talent management, process development, and organizational structure. With over 200 employees, the company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Global Procurement manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Identify cost savings areas and set up Procurement processes.
• Work closely with relevant business units, IT, Security, R&D, Analytics, HR, Legal.
• Implement procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Create and manage the procurement process, including purchase requisitions, approvals, purchase orders, and receipt of goods.
• Implement cost-effective procurement strategies to optimize spending.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, including pricing, discounts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Experience in hi-tech companies in a similar position - a must
• At least 4 years of proven experience as a procurement manager - a must
• Experience working in a growing, dynamic environment and Global company.
• Knowledge of procurement software, SaaS, Cloud services.
• Experience in negotiations and complex contracts.
• Exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in English - a must
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and stakeholders.
• Experience working with Priority - an advantage.
