UI/UX Product Designer

abra R&D Solutions is looking for a talented UI/UX Product Designer to join our design team.

You will be a key player in determining and implementing the design language of various complex web & mobile applications for our awesome clients, leading high-tech companies, and start-ups.

Main Tasks will include:

Discovery:

• Main Tasks will include:
• User & Competitive Research
• Ideation workshops (brainstorming)
• Locating and validating pain and problems
• Customer Interviews
  
  

• Mobile + Web Wireframes (Low-Medium Fidelity)
• Prototyping
• User Testing / Validation
  
  

• Pixel-perfect design (Mobile + Web)
• Design refinements (Following validation and feedback)
• Design system contribution/maintenance
  
  

• Dev. hand-off (passing the baton)
• Dev. support
• Design QA
  
  

• Academic degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX/UI design and a deep understanding of design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills - written, verbal, and visual (Hebrew and English).
• Basic technical understanding of web and mobile platforms.
